Nature’s finest, sourced globally
Crafted in France with ingredients from around the world, each adding its own unique depth and character. Spicy pink pepper from Australia, vibrant ginger from Nigeria, and rich, upcycled cocoa beans from West Africa come together with smooth sandalwood from New Caledonia and warm tonka beans from Venezuela. Traditional perfumes, with standard pumps and decorative caps, can be challenging for someone with dexterity issues. We partnered with a group of certified hand therapists and a team of packaging engineers to create a luxe, ergonomic fragrance bottle that ensures the most effortless and comfortable dispensing.

Redefining Inclusivity
Made Accessible Initiative
Rare Beauty was founded on inclusivity, and we’re expanding our definition with the Made Accessible Initiative. Because of my personal experience, I’ve always been drawn to packaging that’s easy to open and close, hold, and apply.
We’re partnering with the Casa Colina Research Institute to figure out what makes a product more accessible, and we plan to make that information widely available to the beauty industry.
This study gave our patients the chance to reintroduce makeup into their lives in a way that was more accessible. It showed that even with limited hand and arm mobility, you can still partake in the beauty community.
Experts at CCRI conducted a study to gather information on what product attributes aid or hinder usability and satisfaction for users with disabilities. Participants documented their experiences, challenges, and any suggestions for improvements.

The fine print, kept kind
- Can I return an order?
- If you are not satisfied with your Rare Beauty order, you can return your products within 30 days of when you placed the order to receive a refund. Note that shipping fees will not be refunded.
- How do I start a return or exchange?
- Begin the return process at returns.rarebeauty.com. You will need to provide your Order Number and the shipping Zip Code. You are allowed 1 exchange on your original order.
- How long does delivery take?
- Once your order is placed, it generally takes us 1-3 business days to process and pack. For orders to the 48 contiguous states, shipping generally takes 3-5 business days.
- What about expedited shipping?
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM PT, Monday through Friday, will typically ship the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends may be processed on the next business day.
- Do you ship internationally?
- For orders shipping internationally, processing and shipping generally takes 7-14 business days. We cannot offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the U.S.
- Do you ship to PO boxes?
- We happily ship to PO boxes, as well as APO/FPO addresses. Deliveries to PO Boxes ship by Standard method only and may take up to 8 business days. Pre-paid shipping labels will not be provided for U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses.
- When are orders processed?
- Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays, e.g., Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Day, and New Year’s Day.
